Brendan Casey is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience tasting, serving, and talking about food and beverage. Having tended bar at some of Manhattan and Brooklyn’s finest establishments, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Parlour and our thoughtfully curated selection of wine and spirits. Brendan has lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with his wife, two children, and the shop Italian Greyhound, Gatsby for the last two decades.
Fannie McWatt is a digital marketer, committed to making sure customers find what they want, when they want it. She is also a former bartender, and currently working towards her WSET certificate at the International Wine Center in Manhattan. Fannie is also a co-owner of local establishment, A-Bar. Fannie lived in Greenpoint for 10 years before moving to Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn with her husband, 3 children, and Basenji, Leia.
